By creating a Hey Pingr account or using our API, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Hey Pingr on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Hey Pingr provides a WhatsApp messaging API that lets you send messages, authentication links, and notifications to your users via WhatsApp. The service is provided "as is" and subject to your subscription plan limits.
You agree not to use Hey Pingr to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not expose them in client-side code or public repositories. Any activity under your API key is your responsibility. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
Hey Pingr is a paid service. Your subscription renews monthly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry for 3 days before suspending your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@heypingr.com.
Overage charges (messages beyond your plan limit) are billed at the per-message rate shown on your plan. You can monitor usage from your dashboard at any time.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, WhatsApp infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions.
Hey Pingr operates using WhatsApp Web sessions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Hey Pingr does not provide an official Meta/WhatsApp Business API — we use session-based connectivity. Using Hey Pingr may result in your WhatsApp number being banned by Meta if used in violation of their policies.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary: we don't sell your data, we don't read your messages, and you can request deletion at any time.
Hey Pingr and its logo are trademarks of Hey Pingr Technologies. The platform code, design, and documentation are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you send through the API.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey Pingr's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
